A great young talent, Aaronn has meticulous attention to detail and a huge passion for design. When it comes to alignment, spacing, consistency and image positioning nothing will slip through Aaronn’s hands without being picked up and scrutinised. The result? Beautifully finished work.
Everyone at Something Big understands the importance of keeping Alfie in the loop – he’s the one who ensures our campaigns arrive in the right place, at the right time, in the right condition and in the right quantity. It might sound easy, but the ‘final mile’ of any project is the difference between revelling in the glory or dying of embarrassment – we know which we prefer!
Alice is our star planner: her logical and process driven approach makes sure our clients get exactly what they want, when they want it. It’s no surprise that when it comes to complex spreadsheets or multiple deadlines, everyone wants Alice on their team! She loves the fast-paced, changing nature of the industry almost as much as she loves Pugs!
Andrea is our resident WordPress expert and is usually found with her head buried in a content management system, updating the countless websites we run. She’s also a master builder when it comes to responsive emails so if your templates haven’t gone responsive yet she won’t be happy!
A rare commodity, Beth combines both creative thinking and attention to detail. She loves working her way through online user journeys so she can make our clients’ websites work as intuitively as possible.
Charley keeps all our customers and stakeholders up to date with what’s going on at Something Big, and helps new customers get started on their projects with us. With years of event experience, she works on our in-house events, as well as managing our spaces and hot-desking.
Chris isn’t just a full stack developer – he’s also our resident in-house 3D printing expert! He has a calm and methodical approach to getting things done and is fluent in a range of programming languages. When not developing websites, he can also be found playing with things like augmented and virtual reality with our Oculus Rift or Google Cardboard.
You either have it or you don’t, and Chris is one of those who does – creative talent that is. He quietly absorbs a client’s brief, watching carefully for the giveaway clues and then pow, he nails it. Chris is an agency creative through and through, yet not a sniff of w*nkiness – how refreshing!
Blank pages don’t scare Claire, in fact that’s exactly where she likes to start. She loves the feeling you get when a concept is born and if it can involve any cutting and sticking then even better! She’s at her bossiest on video and photoshoots where she vows never to work with children or animals, but has been known to get burly rugby players to comply to her instructions.
Codie is our immediate go-to for kicking off any digital project in the right direction. Having worked on a number of high profile campaigns, she has the inside track on what works well, and immerses herself fully into each project. She loves the creative side of our industry and is passionate about mixing traditional with cutting edge.
Having come from supporting clients with their campaigns at dotmailer, there’s not much Dale doesn’t know about bespoke email construction and deployment. Our king of HTML and email performance reports, Dale loves nothing more than to sort out poorly performing emails.
Damo is a truly creative thinker, problem solver and storyteller, with a solid grounding in design. Always eager to explore new ways to enhance a project, Damo is happiest when our clients are delighted by the unexpected. If he wasn’t a creative, he would have liked to have been Darth Vader.
With a background in project management, Emily’s ace at putting together a production plan. She loves nothing more than getting timings and costs into a spreadsheet, and keeps a keen eye to ensure we deliver on both. We love to test her with our creative print and promo ideas and Emily’s always up for a challenge.
Emily is a self-confessed ‘tech geek’ who’s enthusiasm and fire is second to none. If she’s not busy researching the next big trends in UX and UI, she’s busy putting them into practice.
If you’re looking for a creative, strategic mindset to help guide you through your marketing communications, Emma is your girl. Passionate about website design, Search Engine Optimisation, and great content, Emma loves helping her clients make the most of the digital world. She’s also the number one person when you’re running a big event – hands on, sleeves up and gets stuck in until the event is delivered and then she hits the dance floor!
Emma keeps HR and our people firmly on our agenda, making sure we attract, develop and retain the best possible talent for our growing business. We’re confident that all of our HR Legal Compliance is safe in her hands.
Cool, calm, and collected is the impression Felicity gives off, but under that calm exterior lurks a highly strategic mind, combined with an eagle eye for project planning and meticulous attention to detail when it comes to execution. Felicity is a huge asset to have on any project or campaign.
If our clients are happy then Fil is happy. Having started her career client side, Fil knows only too well how it feels to work with agencies so she’s passionate about delivering for her clients. Her job involves welcoming and onboarding our new customers, working closely with them and their Account Management team to ensure their project is on track, on brief and on budget.
Freddy is our resident Search Engine Marketing (SEM) expert and helps our customers drive their online performance through SEO and PPC. He’s in charge of everything from ensuring that the latest SEO practices are applied to websites to improving the performance of paid advertising campaigns.
Every business needs one, and Helen is ours, she’s THE one that makes it happen, on time and on budget. She runs a tight ship and welcomes the challenge of a tight deadline. Without her orchestrating our print, production and fulfilment, our best ideas would be just that – ideas. She’s our go-to-girl for branded merchandise, point of sale and promotional goods. If Helen can’t find it then it probably doesn’t exist.
Holley is in her element when it comes to a vague brief – luckily we have plenty of them! She loves taking a small and vague idea and developing it into something well rounded and fully fledged so if you’re not quite sure what you want, Holley will help suss it out.
