Everyone at Something Big understands the importance of keeping Alfie in the loop – he’s the one who ensures our campaigns arrive in the right place, at the right time, in the right condition and in the right quantity. It might sound easy, but the ‘final mile’ of any project is the difference between revelling in the glory or dying of embarrassment – we know which we prefer!
Alice is our star planner: her logical and process driven approach makes sure our clients get exactly what they want, when they want it. It’s no surprise that when it comes to complex spreadsheets or multiple deadlines, everyone wants Alice on their team! She loves the fast-paced, changing nature of the industry almost as much as she loves Pugs!
Andrea is our resident WordPress expert and is usually found with her head buried in a content management system, updating the countless websites we run. She’s also a master builder when it comes to responsive emails so if your templates haven’t gone responsive yet she won’t be happy!
Charley keeps all our customers and stakeholders up to date with what’s going on at Something Big, and helps new customers get started on their projects with us. With years of event experience, she works on our in-house events, as well as managing our spaces and hot-desking.
Chris isn’t just a full stack developer – he’s also our resident in-house 3D printing expert! He has a calm and methodical approach to getting things done and is fluent in a range of programming languages. When not developing websites, he can also be found playing with things like augmented and virtual reality with our Oculus Rift or Google Cardboard.
Blank pages don’t scare Claire, in fact that’s exactly where she likes to start. She loves the feeling you get when a concept is born and if it can involve any cutting and sticking then even better! She’s at her bossiest on video and photoshoots where she vows never to work with children or animals, but has been known to get burly rugby players to comply to her instructions.
Codie is our immediate go-to for kicking off any digital project in the right direction. Having worked on a number of high profile campaigns, she has the inside track on what works well, and immerses herself fully into each project. She loves the creative side of our industry and is passionate about mixing traditional with cutting edge.
Having come from supporting clients with their campaigns at dotmailer, there’s not much Dale doesn’t know about bespoke email construction and deployment. Our king of HTML and email performance reports, Dale loves nothing more than to sort out poorly performing emails.
Damo is a truly creative thinker, problem solver and storyteller, with a solid grounding in design. Always eager to explore new ways to enhance a project, Damo is happiest when our clients are delighted by the unexpected. If he wasn’t a creative, he would have liked to have been Darth Vader.
With a background in project management, Emily’s ace at putting together a production plan. She loves nothing more than getting timings and costs into a spreadsheet, and keeps a keen eye to ensure we deliver on both. We love to test her with our creative print and promo ideas and Emily’s always up for a challenge.

Passionate about website design, Search Engine Optimisation, and great content, Emma loves helping her clients make the most of the digital world. She’s also the number one person when you’re running a big event – hands on, sleeves up and gets stuck in until the event is delivered and then she hits the dance floor!

If our clients are happy then Fil is happy. Having started her career client side, Fil knows only too well how it feels to work with agencies so she’s passionate about delivering for her clients. Her job involves welcoming and onboarding our new customers, working closely with them and their Account Management team to ensure their project is on track, on brief and on budget.
