Guildford College, Merrist Wood and Farnham College joined the Activate Learning education group and needed support to create awareness of what each college offers. The campaign was focused on 14-16 year-olds and needed to drive student engagement around the open days. Based on the insight that the target audience (Generation Z) spend an average of 4hrs 15 on their smartphone a day, we delivered a strong visual mechanism they are all familiar with. We engaged the audience in the conversation by using chat and lock screen notifications promoting the unique differences of each college.
The campaign ran across outdoor, radio, social media and local press. Measurable results included conversion rates that surpassed expectations and Merrist Wood being over subscribed for their September intake.
