PROJECT: GENDER PAY GAP REPORT

ANNUAL REPORT DESIGN, INFOGRAPHICS, CREATIVE

As with all UK-based companies employing over 250 people, the UK Government requires CHEP to produce an annual gender pay gap report. While this reporting could easily become just another statutory hurdle for HR and payroll professionals, instead, we helped them to make the most of the opportunity to convey their commitment to their diversity and inclusion agenda.

Using employee photographs and stories, engaging graphics and clean iconography to explain complicated concepts, we told the story of how CHEP is keeping gender balance firmly on their agenda. Clearly explaining the steps CHEP are taking, or will take, to address their gender pay gap, has allowed them to reap all the employee engagement and talent attraction benefits that are awarded to business who are working towards closing the gap.
