As part of DHL’s global commitment to creating an inclusive and equal workplace where each employee feels seen, heard and safe to be themselves, DHL proudly shows their solidarity by supporting and celebrating Pride in June.
To support LGBTQ+ identities and communities, we created a weekly suite of communications that rolled out across the month, designed to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues and educate employees on how to show solidarity, embrace diversity and practice inclusivity.
The toolkit of comms included posters, infographics, social posts, educational articles, a guide to allyship and a wrap-up video amongst other materials. Due to cultural differences across the regions we provided various messaging with one that used a softer approach, which meant the campaign received great engagement and uptake across the globe.
