We supported Gatwick Airport in the launch of its first official app. Being playful with the word ‘App’, we created simple, stand out posters with bold copy headlines and striking visuals that evoked the glory days of air travel and fun. The campaign was woven into the whole customer journey using Gatwick Airport’s channels including websites, product confirmation emails, social media, car park buses, a CRM programme with trigger emails, and internal communications.
