Elevating brand identity and trust with creative annual reports
Ofcom
A well-designed annual report can have a significant impact on the organisation’s reputation and perception. A visually appealing and creative report captures attention and makes it easier to communicate complex financial and operational information. It can help to strengthen the organisation’s brand identity and create a lasting impression.
Each year, Ofcom is required to present its Annual Report and Accounts before Parliament. Ofcom have been maintaining broadcasting standards and protecting the general public for 20 years and in this annual report we wanted to acknowledge this milestone.
Given the report’s official nature, we were obliged to ensure that the final design complies with the National Audit Office’s recommendations on accountability, transparency, and accessibility.
The ‘threads’ creative route incorporates the newly launched Ofcom brand and a visual ‘thread’ which weaves across the content and imagery throughout the report.
Making a meaningful difference
The Annual Report and Accounts design helped Ofcom to demonstrate its progress and financial performance in a clear and engaging manner, building trust with its stakeholders and enhancing its reputation as a responsible regulator.
