Originally a teacher from Bristol who has lived in Cornwall and Australia, Abbie took a career change into HR, transferring her many years’ experience of supporting and guiding ‘little people’ to that of ‘grown ups’. Abbie looks after the wellbeing of our Something Biggers, and keeps her own zen in check with weekly Pilates and Yoga classes.

With a love of everything creative and an ardent typophile with no off-switch, Adam relishes the challenge to bring ideas to life. Adam has a strong background in design for print, and boundless enthusiasm for all things creative, from graffiti to the great masters.

Everyone at Something Big understands the importance of keeping Alfie in the loop – he’s the one who ensures our campaigns arrive in the right place, at the right time, in the right condition and in the right quantity. It might sound easy, but the ‘final mile’ of any project is the difference between revelling in the glory or dying of embarrassment – we know which we prefer!

Andrea is our resident WordPress expert and is usually found with her head buried in a content management system, updating the countless websites we run. She’s also a master builder when it comes to responsive emails so if your templates haven’t gone responsive yet she won’t be happy!

Anna started her career in local press working in production and in-house studios. She moved agency side 15 years ago to work in account management and look after well known property brands such as Berkeley and Barratt. With her well rounded marketing experience, she now runs our Account Management processes to ensure the team are working like a well-oiled machine.

Charley helps new customers start their journey with us, and keeps everyone up to date on what we’re getting up to. She also develops and manages internal processes that keep us gliding along smoothly, helping us to have happy customers.

Blank pages don’t scare Claire, in fact that’s exactly where she likes to start. A truly creative thinker, specialising in concepts that work across multiple channels, she loves the feeling you get when an idea is born and executed cohesively. She’s also highly skilled on Adobe design software, helping studios to increase pace and speed up repetitive tasks.

Having come from supporting clients with their campaigns at dotmailer, there’s not much Dale doesn’t know about bespoke email construction and deployment. Our king of HTML and email performance reports, Dale loves nothing more than to sort out poorly performing emails.

From implementing our clients’ day-to-day social media and community management to crafting engaging copy for larger campaigns, Eloise is our Content Princess. She may be one of the youngest members of the team but she can definitely teach you a thing or two.
